Southern Culture On The Skids are a really fun band from Chapel Hill North Carolina. They kind of had a hit with their song Camel Walk in the mid 90s. They are a bunch of fantastic releases and are still at it today touring and putting out new albums.
This show on the Liquored Up and Lacquered Down tour as a part of the LODO Music Fest that used to be held in downtown Denver by the baseball park. I've already posted Mojo Nixon's set from this day. Decided I need to get this one up too.
Crowd is a bit chatty and recording outside presents unique challenges but I think it sounds ok. Been fun revisiting this show. I know I traded this out on CDR to some small degree but this is a new transfer from the MD master compared to that version. Enjoy.
