Rocket From The Crypt & The (International) Noise Conspiracy, Denver CO, 2001-04-24

2001 was a really banner year for me going to shows.  I saw a ton of stuff and recorded most of it.  This week in April of 2001 was a good one.  I saw 16 Horsepower in Boulder on the 27th and right before that show I caught this amazing Rocket From The Crypt / The (International) Noise Conspiracy show. That was a hell of a week for some live music.

To this day I think this is the best RFTC setlist I have ever seen performed.  The band was at the top of their game around then and firing on all cylinders.   They open with Middle/69 and close with an encore of the A side of State Of The Art is on Fire!!!   Ton of great songs in-between.

Also on the bill was Dennis Lyxzen new band The (International) Noise Conspiracy.  Which he formed right after The Refused broke up in 1998.  Really great stuff.

The Explosion was also on the bill but I don't have a recording and no recollection of them so it is possible I missed them.

Enjoy
