I don't recall a lot about this set except that I was very tired this night. This was the last set on the third night of Denver Riot Fest 2015. I had been all 3 days. I saw and recorded some amazing sets. Most of which I have shared in previous posts. I had not shared this Joyce Manor before so I gave it a listen. Emo Pop Punk isn't generally my go to, but when its this well done it's hard to not get into it. These guys repeatedly mention how stoked they are to open for and too get to see Drive Like Jehu on this night so that pulled me in too. I've been listening to their new 2026 album "I Used To Go To This Bar" a little bit recently. That inspired this archive pull more than anything.
They play a bunch of songs from their 2014 album "Never Hungover Again" and some older tracks. They talk about how awesome Dead Milkmen were earlier in the day and announce a cover. Sadly not a DM cover but a Weezer song. I guess I missed the first few songs of this set. Fun for what it is. Enjoy.
