It was a special treat to get to see Mike Watt and the Secondmen play two nights in a row at the Lion's Lair. I've seen Watt play with the Stooges one time and I saw him open up for Primus at Redrocks way back in the 90s so it had been awhile. Was excited to see in the intimate confines of the Lair.
Him and the boys tore through a whole mess of Minutemen songs and some choice covers.
Including Fun House!!
I went to both nights but I totally botched my recordings from Friday so this is all I got. Sounds pretty good I think. Includes a healthy does of Lion's Lair atmosphere. Enjoy.
