Been meaning to get this posted up. Denver's Superbuick was a band started by Duane Bodenheimer after returning to Denver when his most famous band The Derelicts dissolved at the end of the 90s. They played punk rock but with big rock guitar sounds. Reminiscent of Hellacopters or New Bomb Turks. The existed from the late 90s into the early aughts. The band was Duane Bodenheimer - vocals, Eli Molyneux - guitar, Charlie Romero - guitar, Geoff Andersen - bass, & Joseph Vigil - drums. Sadly Duane passed away last year and Eli and Joseph left us a few years back as well.
The first set is from the Bluebird Theatre when Superbuick opened up for Supersuckers i n1999. The second is a set from the 15th Street Tavern when the opened for Valentine Killers. I'm pretty sure their released output is 1 CD single with 2 songs and tracks on a couple local comps. I had to ask Geoff for help with the song titles. Most of these were never released songs. Lots of Duane stage banter. Enjoy.
