I guess while I'm on a bit of an X kick. With the vintage cassette recording I just posted and another one on deck for later. I might as well post up a John Doe show from the Lion's Lair back in 2000. He was touring with The John Doe Thing band. They were touring behind the Freedom Is... album.
They played a bunch of songs from that album along with other solo John songs and a handful of X songs. He's full of stage banter on this night too. Fun show. Sound is pretty good on this one I think. Enjoy.
